JVZoo affiliates can integrate their accounts with Utmify to track purchases and checkout activity generated through their affiliate promotions. This integration uses JVZoo's Server-to-Server (S2S) postback feature to send events directly to Utmify.

Step 1: Generate Your JVZIPN Secret Key

1. Log in to your JVZoo account.
2. Navigate to My Account > Account Details.
3. Scroll down to Seller Settings and click to open the section.
4. Locate the JVZIPN Secret Key field.
5. If you have not already generated a key, click the button to create one. If you already have a key, simply copy the existing key.

Important: Generating a new key will automatically invalidate your existing key. Any integrations using the previous key will stop working until they are updated with the new key.

Step 2: Create the Integration in Utmify

1. Log in to your Utmify account.
2. Navigate to Integrations > Webhooks.
3. Click Add Webhook.
4. Search for and select JVZoo.
5. Enter a name for your integration.
6. Paste your JVZIPN Secret Key into the Webhook Token field.
7. Click Create Webhook.

Utmify will generate three webhook URLs. As an affiliate, you will use the following two:

• Affiliate Purchase URL: Tracks purchases generated through your affiliate promotions.
• Affiliate Initiate Checkout URL: Tracks when a visitor reaches a checkout page through your affiliate link.

You can configure one or both events depending on your tracking needs.

Step 3: Configure the Purchase Postback

The Purchase postback sends an event to Utmify when a purchase is generated through your affiliate promotion.

1. In Utmify, copy the Affiliate Purchase Webhook URL.
2. Return to your JVZoo account.
3. Navigate to Affiliates > S2S Postbacks.
4. Click Add New Postback.
5. Enter a name for your postback, such as Utmify Purchase.
6. Under Type, select Purchase Postback.
7. Paste the Affiliate Purchase Webhook URL into the postback URL field.
8. Set the Status to Active.
9. Under Product Selection, choose whether the postback should apply to:
   • All Products: Sends purchase events for all applicable affiliate products.
   • Selected Products: Sends purchase events only for the products you select.
10. Click Create Postback.

Your Purchase postback should now appear in your S2S Postbacks list with an Active status.

Note: If you only want to track purchases, you can return to Utmify and click Finish to complete the integration. The Initiate Checkout postback is optional.

Step 4: Configure the Initiate Checkout Postback (Optional)

The Initiate Checkout postback sends an event to Utmify when a visitor reaches a JVZoo checkout page through your affiliate link.

To configure this event:

1. Return to Utmify and copy the Affiliate Initiate Checkout Webhook URL.
2. In JVZoo, navigate to Affiliates > S2S Postbacks.
3. Click Add New Postback.
4. Enter a name, such as Utmify Initiate Checkout.
5. Under Type, select Initiate Postback.
6. Paste the Initiate Checkout Webhook URL into the postback URL field.
7. Set the Status to Active.
8. Under Product Selection, choose All Products or select specific products.
9. Click Create Postback.

Once saved, you should see both the Purchase and Initiate Checkout postbacks listed in your JVZoo account.

Step 5: Complete the Integration

After configuring your postbacks:

1. Return to Utmify.
2. Click Finish.

Your affiliate integration is now configured to send the selected events from JVZoo to Utmify.

How to Verify Your Integration

After completing the setup:

• Navigate to Affiliates > S2S Postbacks.
• Confirm your Utmify postbacks appear in the list.
• Verify that each postback has an Active status.
• Confirm that the correct event type and product selections are configured.
• Check Utmify for incoming purchase or checkout events.

Troubleshooting

Incorrect Webhook URL

Verify that you copied the correct Affiliate Purchase or Initiate Checkout URL from Utmify.

Incorrect Postback Type

Ensure the postback type matches the event you want to track:

• Purchase events require Purchase Postback.
• Checkout events require Initiate Postback.

Inactive Postback

Confirm that your S2S postback is set to Active.

Incorrect Product Selection

Review the products associated with your postback to ensure the transactions you want to track are included.
