JVZoo sellers can integrate their products with Utmify to track sales activity. This integration uses JVZoo's Instant Payment Notification (IPN) feature to send transaction information to Utmify.

Step 1: Get Your JVZIPN Secret Key

1. Log in to your JVZoo account.
2. Navigate to My Account > Account Details.
3. Scroll down to Seller Settings and click to open the section.
4. Select Edit Information.
5. Locate the JVZIPN Secret Key field.
6. If you have not already generated a key, click the button to create one. If you already have a key, simply copy the existing key.

Important: Generating a new key will automatically invalidate your existing key. Any integrations using the previous key will stop working until they are updated with the new key.

Step 2: Create the Integration in Utmify

1. Log in to your Utmify account.
2. Navigate to Integrations > Webhooks.
3. Click Add Webhook.
4. Search for and select JVZoo.
5. Enter a name for your integration.
6. Paste your JVZoo IPN Secret Key into the Webhook Token field.
7. Click Create Webhook.

Utmify will generate three webhook URLs. As a seller, you will use the Seller Webhook URL.

Step 3: Add the Webhook URL to Your JVZoo Product

1. Copy the Seller Webhook URL from Utmify.
2. Return to your JVZoo account.
3. Navigate to Sellers > Seller Dashboard.
4. Locate the product you want to integrate.
5. Click Edit for that product.
6. Select the Advanced tab.
7. Scroll to the JVZIPN v1 / JVZIPN v2 / KeyGen / External Program section.
8. Locate Method 2: JVZIPN V2.
9. Paste the Seller Webhook URL into the JVZIPN V2 URL field.
10. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Draft and Go to Next Step to save your changes.

Important: Make sure you enter the webhook URL in the JVZIPN V2 field, not the JVZIPN V1 field or another URL field.

If you want to track sales for additional products, repeat these steps for each product you wish to connect.

Step 4: Complete the Integration

Once you have saved your product settings:

1. Return to Utmify.
2. Click Finish to complete the integration.

Your seller integration is now configured.

How to Verify Your Integration

After completing the setup:

• Confirm that the Utmify Seller Webhook URL is saved in the JVZIPN V2 field for each applicable product.
• Verify that your JVZoo IPN Secret Key was saved successfully.
• Check Utmify for incoming events when eligible transactions occur.

Troubleshooting

Webhook Token Not Saved

Make sure you clicked Save Information after generating your JVZoo secret key.

Incorrect Webhook URL

Verify that you copied the Seller Webhook URL from Utmify rather than one of the affiliate URLs.

Incorrect IPN Field

Confirm that the webhook URL was entered in the JVZIPN V2 field within your product's Advanced settings.

Product Not Connected

Each product you want to track must have the appropriate webhook URL configured.
