The JVZooPay dashboard gives sellers and affiliates a detailed view of their funds, including what is currently available, what has not yet matured, what is being held in reserve, and what is expected to become available next.
The dashboard also provides information about upcoming distributions and recent account activity, making it easier to understand how funds move through your JVZooPay account.
Understanding Your JVZooPay Balances
At the top of your JVZooPay dashboard, you will see several balances that show where your funds are currently located.
Total Balance
Your Total Balance represents the total amount currently in your JVZooPay account.
Sales Payout Pending
Sales Payout Pending shows funds from sales and deductions that have not yet matured according to your level of JVZooPay.
Your JVZooPay level determines how long funds must mature before they become eligible for distribution. The dashboard shows your applicable maturation period and provides visibility into when funds are scheduled to mature.
Reserve
Your Reserve shows funds currently being held as part of your JVZooPay rolling reserve. The dashboard displays your applicable rolling reserve percentage and the amount currently being held. It also shows how much is scheduled to release from Reserve over the next seven days.
Available Balance
Your Available Balance represents funds that are currently available in your JVZooPay account to be distributed.
If your account has a negative balance, upcoming funds may automatically be applied toward that negative balance.
Additional Account Totals
The dashboard also displays several account totals to help you understand your overall JVZooPay activity:
- All-Time Earnings — Your total income from all revenue sources including commissions, sales (when using JVZoo Processing Services), PrizeVault winnings, and JV Contracts.
- All-Time Deductions — Your total deductions, including fees for disputes, dispute alerts, returned payments, non-refundable processing and international fees recorded in JVZooPay.
- Total Amount Distributed — The total amount that has been distributed from your JVZooPay account.
Distribution Settings
Your dashboard displays your current distribution setting, including whether your account is configured for automatic withdrawal.
If automatic withdrawals are enabled, eligible funds will be distributed according to your configured distribution settings and applicable minimum distribution amount.
You can select Change to review or update your distribution settings.
Viewing the Next 7 Days
The Next 7 Days section shows what is currently scheduled to become available over the coming seven days.
For each day, you can see:
- Releasing from Sales Payout Pending — Sales maturing according to your JVZooPay level.
- Releasing from Reserve — Amount of reserve coming available.
- To Reserve — The amount deducted from your sales payout as it is released and added to your reserve.
- Estimated Distribution — The amount currently estimated to be distributed.
- Estimated Available Balance — Your estimated Available Balance at the end of that date.
This section makes it easier to understand when funds are expected to become available and how upcoming activity may affect your balance.
Understanding Estimated Amounts
The amounts displayed under Next 7 Days are estimates based on activity that is currently known.
New sales and refunds are not included because they cannot be predicted. As new account activity occurs, the amounts shown may change.
Distributions are made Monday through Friday.
Viewing the Last 7 Days
The Last 7 Days section provides a historical view of how funds have moved through your JVZooPay account.
This can help you understand changes to your Available Balance by showing activity involving Sales Payout Pending, Reserve, and distributions.
If your balance has increased or decreased and you are unsure why, this section can help you identify the activity that contributed to the change.
Reviewing Transaction Details
For more detailed information about the activity affecting your JVZooPay account, select Transaction Report.
The Transaction Report provides additional filtering options that can help you review individual transactions and understand the activity behind the balances displayed on your dashboard.
Why Is My Available Balance Changing?
Your Available Balance can change as funds move through the different stages of JVZooPay.
For example, funds may:
- Enter Sales Payout Pending after a sale
- Mature according to your JVZooPay level
- Move into Reserve
- Be released from Reserve
- Become available for distribution
- Be distributed from your JVZooPay account
- Be affected by deductions or other account activity
The dashboard, Next 7 Days, Last 7 Days, and Transaction Report can be used together to understand where your funds are, how they are moving through JVZooPay, and what is expected to become available next.

Upcoming distributions and Estimated Available Balances are estimates based on the information currently available in your JVZooPay account. Actual amounts may change based on new sales, refunds, disputes, reserve activity, deductions, or other account activity.
