Understanding the Affiliate Reports Page

The Affiliate Reports page provides a detailed overview of your affiliate traffic, sales, earnings, refunds, and disputes. You can use this report to review your overall affiliate performance or filter the results to analyze specific products, funnels, or vendors.


Filtering Your Affiliate Report

At the top of the Affiliate Reports page, you can choose the date range you want to review.

You can also filter the report by:

  • Product
  • Funnel
  • Vendor

Use one or more filters to narrow the report to the information you want to review.

To remove the selected filters, click Clear.


Understanding Your Affiliate Statistics

The summary section displays key statistics for the selected date range and filters.

VisitorsThe total number of unique individuals who viewed the product or offer
CustomersThe number of unique visitors who made a purchase
Total SalesTotal number of units sold
Net Sales AmountTotal product sales value after subtracting refunds and disputes
Conversion – Click to SaleThe percentage of visitors (click) who completed a purchase
Order Form ViewsThe total number of unique order form views. Tracked from July 4, 2026.
Order Form ConversionThe percentage of order form viewers who completed a purchase
Gross EarningsThe commission from all sales, before refunds and disputes are removed.
EPVThe average gross commission earned for each individual visitor.
AOVThe average order value per customer.
Refund TotalThe total number of units that were refunded
Refund %The percentage of units sold that were refunded
Refund Amt %The percentage of your total affiliate commissions lost due to refunded sales.
Refund Amt $The total affiliate commissions lost due to refunded sales.
Dispute TotalThe total number of transactions that resulted in a dispute
Dispute %The percentage of units sold that resulted in a dispute
Dispute AmountThe total commission from transactions that resulted in a dispute
Dispute Alert TotalThe total number of transactions that received a dispute alert
Dispute Alert %The percentage of units sold that received a dispute alert
Dispute Alert AmountThe total commission from transactions that received a dispute alert
Net EarningsThe commission from all sales, after refunds and disputes are removed.

Viewing Performance by Product

Below the summary statistics, the Affiliate Reports page provides a detailed breakdown of your affiliate activity by vendor, product, and funnel.

The report includes:

  • Vendor — The seller associated with the product.
  • Product — The product you promoted.
  • Funnel — The funnel associated with the product.
  • Visitors — The total number of unique individuals who viewed the product or offer.
  • Customers — The number of unique visitors who made a purchase.
  • Total Sales — The total number of units sold.
  • Net Sales Amount — The total product sales value after subtracting refunds and disputes.
  • Conversion – Click to Sale — The percentage of visitors who completed a purchase.

This breakdown can help you compare the performance of individual products, funnels, and vendors.


Sorting Your Results

Columns that display a sorting arrow can be used to change the order of the report.

Click a column heading to sort the results using that field. For example, you can sort the report to identify products with the most sales, highest net sales amounts, or strongest click-to-sale conversion rates.


Viewing Additional Results

If your report contains more results than can be displayed on one page, use the page numbers at the bottom of the report to view additional results.

You can also use the Show Rows option to adjust the number of results displayed at one time.


Exporting Your Affiliate Report

Use the export icon near the date selector to export your Affiliate Report when you need to review or work with the report data outside of the Affiliate Reports page.


Using Affiliate Reports to Evaluate Promotions

Affiliate Reports provide several metrics that can help you evaluate the performance of your affiliate promotions.

You can compare:

  • Visitors, customers, and total sales
  • Click-to-sale conversion rates
  • Order Form views and conversion rates
  • Earnings Per Visitor (EPV)
  • Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Refund rates and lost commissions
  • Dispute and dispute alert activity
  • Gross earnings compared with net earnings

Looking at these metrics together can help you better understand which products, funnels, and promotions are generating results from your affiliate traffic.
