Find My Order

If you need to access a product you purchased through JVZoo, you can quickly retrieve your order using the Find My Order page. You can search using either the email address used for your purchase or your JVZoo Transaction ID.


Open the Find My Order page

Navigate to https://www.jvzoo.com/findorder, or visit www.jvzoo.com and click Find My Order in the top-right corner of the page.

Select a retrieval method

Choose one of the following options to locate your order.

Retrieve your order using your email address

Use this option if you know the email address used for your purchase.

  1. Select Email me a link to my order.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your purchase.
  3. Click Submit.

Retrieve your order using your JVZoo Transaction ID

Use this option if you have your JVZoo Transaction ID.

  1. Select I have my receipt / order number.
  2. Enter your JVZoo Transaction ID.
  3. Click Submit.

The Transaction ID is a 16-character alphanumeric code that begins with one of the following prefixes:

  • WP-
  • PT-
  • SC-
  • EP-
  • AP-

After submitting your request using either option, a link to access your order will be sent to the email address provided.

Need additional assistance?

If you are unable to locate your order using either method, please contact JVZoo Support and provide any information you have available, such as:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your Transaction ID
  • The product name

This information will help us assist you more efficiently.
