Auto-Archiving Inactive Products

What’s Changing?
Products that have not recorded a sale in the last 6 months will be automatically archived.

Why We’re Doing This

  • Speed and performance: fewer listings equals faster page loads
  • Better visibility: affiliates find active, high-converting offers without wading through stale pages
  • Network health: old sales pages can contain outdated links or info that hurt both vendor reputation and JVZoo’s brand
  • There are still well over 100,000 active, selling products available for affiliates to promote


What You Need to Do
Nothing—products meeting the criteria will be archived automatically

Manually Archiving a Product
If you know you’re done promoting an offer, you can archive it yourself:

  1. Go to My Products in your JVZoo dashboard
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the product
  3. Select Archive Product
  4. Confirm


Unarchiving (Reactivating) a Product
If you want to relaunch an archived offer:

  1. Go to Sellers Dashboard and filter by Archive
  2. Click the three dots next to your product
  3. Select Activate Product
  4. Your product will immediately return to the Marketplace and Find Products portal
  5. Note: if it still doesn’t make sales, it will be archived again


FAQ
Q: Will archiving delete my product or sales history?
A: No. Archiving simply hides the product from the public Marketplace and Find Products portal. All settings, links, and historical data remain intact.

Q: Can I opt out of auto-archiving?
A: Not at this time—but manual archiving/unarchiving is always available.
