If a sale was made and commissions were paid to an affiliate's or JV's JVZooPay account, those commission amounts will be reversed if the sale is later refunded. In addition, JVZoo's 5% processing fee associated with the transaction will also be deducted.

Depending on the payment processor and refund method used, additional fees may apply. These can include non-refundable processor fees, dispute fees, dispute alert fees, wire fees or other transaction costs that were incurred when the original payment was processed. Any applicable deductions will be reflected in your JVZooPay transaction history.

If a sale that you helped facilitate as an affiliate is refunded, the refunded commission amount will be deducted from your JVZooPay account. You can review all commission earnings, payouts, refunds, and related deductions in your JVZooPay Transaction Report.

To view your Transaction Report, navigate to My Account > JVZooPay and click the orange Transaction Report button. Then select JVZooPay Refunds from the report dropdown menu as shown below.
