If a dispute is opened, a status is sent back to JVZoo indicating that a dispute has been initiated. At that point, access to your purchase is typically blocked while the funds are placed on hold. Once a final decision is made on the dispute, you will either receive a refund or, if the dispute is not resolved in your favor, your access to the product will be restored.
Please note that once a dispute has been opened, all communication must take place through the dispute resolution process. It is also important to understand that disputes should not be closed unless you are absolutely certain the seller will issue a refund, as disputes generally cannot be reopened once closed.
If a dispute has already been filed, you will need to continue working through the dispute resolution center with PayPal or your credit card provider.
