If you are not able to complete or load the W9 or W8-BEN form it may be because you do not have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. Once you have the latest version installed, your form will pop up when you reload the tax form.

If that doesn't work try opening the tax form in a different browser like Google Chrome, Firefox or other browser installed on your computer.
