Knowledgebase: For Product Vendors
How to list several product price options on one page WITHOUT cheating the affiliates.

If you would like to list for example 3 price points for your product.

Like $17 personal edition, $37 developer edition and $67 MMR edition.

If you list all 3 products AND have them in the marketplace with "Manual Approval" turned on, then affiliates will ONLY get paid for the products that they have specifically requested and been approved for.  They could easily miss that you have multiple products showing on the same page.

Here is the best solution for this situation that won't cheat affiliates and will not overcrowd the market place.

  1. List each of the 3 products individually in the JVZoo system.
  2. Mark product #1 as "Show in Marketplace" and "Manual Approval" for affiliates.
  3. Mark product #2 as "NOT to Show in Marketplace" and "Auto Approval" for affiliates.
  4. Mark product #3 as "NOT to Show in Marketplace" and "Auto Approval" for affiliates.

This shows your product 1 time in the marketplace which is better for you and affiliates.

It allows all affiliates approved for product #1 to get paid commissions on product #2 and #3 - which is only fair if they are on the same page.  And because they are hidden from affiliates, you do not need to worry about non-approved affiliates finding your product.
